take 495 to the Braddock Rd. West exit. Off of Braddock road to the right is Wakefield park(*see wakefiled trails), continue past wakefield until you reach Southhampton Rd. Take a left onto southhampton rd. and follow until it dead ends onto Rolling Rd. Make a left onto Rolling road, and make a u-turn as soon as possible. this will bring you back towards Southhampton Rd. As soon as you pass over the railroad tracks, take the first right onto the service road which will bring you to the trail head. Parking is at the trailhead.
